THE DOCTRINE OF CHILD'S PREDETERMINED STATUS ON SEPARATION!
*The concepts of 50/50 shared-parenting and sole-mother-parenting are different strands of misleading and corrupt legal ideas about child-rearing!
*A child is created with 100% male-gamet also known as sperm cell + 100% female-gamet also known as egg cell.
*There is no comparability between the two opposite sexes of the male-parent and female-parent.
*The male-gamet serves as the original form of the child.
*The male-gamet is a living organisn whereas the female-gamete is a nonliving one.
*The living organism male-gamet moves into the female-gamet to form the zygote of the child in course of its life.
*The female-gamet serves as the vessel for child's development in the utero of the female-parent whereas the male-parent inherently holds the status of guardian of the child regardless of its parents living together or not.
*After 3 consecutive stages of 40 days and final stage of 6 month, the birth of the child is delivered by the female-parent, either living together with the child's male-parent or not.
*If they do not live together, they are obligated to reach an agreement to secure the breastfeeding for the child.
*The father is obligated to compensate on a fair basis for the breastfeeding of his child by the female-parent.
*If both parents cannot reach an agreement, the male-parent is obligated to arrange another female to breastfeed his child.
*After 2 years of breastfeeding stage, the male-parent as a guardian of the child, determine the status of his child untill the age of majority.
